Morning Walks

In my opinion, a walk (or run) is the best way to start your day for several reasons...including:
  • You are starting your day by doing something for yourself before you do anything else (go to work, run errands, etc)
  • You get your blood pumping and your metabolism going!
  • You get outside and breathe fresh air (and, if you you're lucky, you get sun!)
  • Bonding time with dog (if this applies)
  • Feel more energized for the rest of your day
This morning I went on a walk with Lucy and am back at home getting my day started, and glad I went.

Remember to wear SPF 30 every time you go! :)
