Pinot Noir on a Friday

This evening, after a very long and stressful week, I came home with the intention to do two things (and nothing else):

1. Take a bath (check)
2. Have a glass of wine (check)

Tonight I'm drinking a Pinot Noir by Clos du Bois that was (ironically) recommended to me this time last year by a wine rep at QFC to pair with our Thanksgiving meal. It is not too expensive (around $14.00) and is a great everyday drinking wine. I normally do not go for Pinot Noir (normally a cabernet or blended red kind of girl) but I really do love this one.

"This velvety Pinot Noir is a perfect match for roasted turkey, grilled portobello mushrooms or savory risotto." (Source)

Cheers, and happy Friday!
